My initial pair of shorts were some of the first ever made and I feel like I have had them forever. I got given a pair of competitor shorts recently and they don't come close. I had to order another pair of these. So well thought, designed and constructed. Stitching and materials are solid.

I love the bit shorts. They fit super well. However, it's the pockets that really do it for me. I don't wear a backpack or a hip pack. I just have gear on my bike and in the side pockets of my Abit shorts.

If you love the shorts, you'll love the pants! Fit just like the shorts. The ankle side zippers are really handy. I don't wear knee pads so it would be nice if there were a slightly more fitted version. Will be putting them through the paces when the fall weather returns.

I have two pairs of the shorts already in black and have run them through the wringer. Over the past 4 years I have ridden them almost daily doing enduro, cross country, and on long gravel rides and have thrashed them. I keep expecting them to blow out after repeated machine washing and the occasional riverside laundry but when clean they always look almost new. Really glad to have another lighter color to help with those hot days in the sun without any shade. I don't carry much in the way of frame bags so having 4 pockets is great! Side cam locks are also great if I overdo it with the lunch burrito ...

Loving these pants. Just like the Abit shorts I have, the pockets are placed perfectly and have bomber zips. And the easily removed lower hem is genius, with this design I finally escaped from having to choose from too long or too baggy as seen from all other pants on the market. These are a really nice piece of kit for the riding wardrobe!

Pants are just as high a quality as the shorts! Got them super quick after ordering and wore them on a marginal pants day for heat. Worked amazing, looking forward to wearing them when it's actually cold!

A note, they definitely fit like the slim shorts and not the looser fit.

Great fit, plenty of room for pads, great pockets, solid but non-too-heavy fabric, and from a cool company with roots in the community. 5 stars all around. I usually wear a 32x30 and the 32 with the cuff pulled off work great for me. The search is over, these are the ones.

I've tried many mtb pants over the years. There always seems to be a shortcoming with each pair. Too small of pockets, poor fit, inability to put on pads without taking them off completely. All of these shortcomings are solved with the Abit pants. Great fit, big pockets, durable, and actually usable side zips to put on and take off your pads with ease. Buy them today!

I bought the athletic fit MTN shorts in gray size 40 as I am 6'4" 245lb 53 year old guy. I Mt bike 2-3 times a week 9 months of the year. I have had at least 6 different short brands including a pair of Specialized shorts I had bought a month before I got yours at NW Tune Up in 2023. You would think that all the smart people at Specialized could get it right but the shorts do not compare to Abit. I find I only will wear another short if I am washing the Abit ones. They fit so much better, the pockets are in the right places and are of the right size. The side pockets are perfect for a phone one one side and glasses on the other. You do not feel them as they are just slightly behind the side of your thigh so the items in the pockets do not bounce or push on your leg when you pedal. The cinches on the sides work and do not slip like all the others. I have lost 15lbs so now am a 38 but they still fit and could go smaller they are so much more adjustable. The fabric does not snag on blackberries or brush like others and they shed water well. I even swam in them when I was at a lake on a ride, they dried fast. The shorts still look new almost 2 years later and have held up better than any short I have had. Thank you for putting on zippers that hold up. I have recommended these shorts to everyone I ride with. They are just simply better!

Okay not new new color (I'm lame and behind the times) and yet still enough different from the basic black I bought two new pairs.

I love having the pockets on the outside rather than in front, and the extra deep (plus additional inside mesh pocket) keeps stuff from falling out even if you forget to zip.

These are by far my favorite riding shorts! I have two pairs, both athletic fit, and they are so comfortable in the butt and thigh areas.

The material breathes incredibly well, wicks sweat and dries very quickly. Because of this, I wear them for both wet and dry weather riding. The pockets are nice and deep and I love that they are all zippered. The waist adjusters are super quick and easy.

Do yourself a favor and just buy these shorts. Since I have purchased these they are the only ones I wear. I bought a second pair (I ride often) just because I love them so much. They aren't just for biking either! They are great for lounging, grabbing groceries, getting a beer with the boys, or taking a dip in the rive after a rad ride.
